Who We Are

Greg Reilly
Greg Reilly is Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Connecticut School of Business. Greg earned his Ph.D. in Corporate Strategy at the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He earned both his MBA, concentrating in Finance and Accounting, and his BA in Mathematics from The University of Michigan.

Greg currently teaches Strategy, Planning and Policy at the UCONN School of Business. He has also been part of the faculty for the University of Michigan Business School executive education course - Corporate Performance Measurement. He has been a speaker at performance measurement conferences and workshops around the country.

Greg's research activities are focused on executive team incentive compensation, goal setting and decision-making. His consulting work also supports the further development of the Measure Network, a framework and process for analyzing, assessing and improving performance measurement systems. The framework provides structure and insight into complex measurement systems. The process provides a method for best collecting and processing system information as well as a means to effectively implement features of measurement system redesign.

The testing and implementation of these methodologies provides an opportunity for Greg to work on a consulting basis with a number of companies. Past clients include EDS, Avineon Corp., BHP Steel, Carhartt, Inc., Total Resource Management Inc., Guinness Import Co., Depot Direct Inc., and Humphrey Products Co.
